Our vision is to increase continuity of care by having enough Nursing Assistant’s in every Hospitals and Nursing Homes, to decrease worker fatigue and burnout and increase patients outcomes.

Our Call To Action

When the world shut down, we stood strong. Our diverse backgrounds, colors, and educational statuses became irrelevant. We, the Nursing Assistants, continued to provide bedside care, bravely facing the unknown challenges of a relentless, invisible pandemic. We became essential.

Now, our ranks are dwindling. Hospitals and nursing homes across the globe are in dire need of reinforcements. The skills a Nursing Assistant possess are vital to our healthcare teams. Nursing Assistants are the eyes, ears and backbone in nursing!

We urgently need your help to continue our fight against invisible enemies like Influenza, MRSA, RSV, CDiff, and COVID. Without sufficient support, there may not be enough of us to care for you or your loved ones in the future.
